I’m the Self-Esteem Coach.
Although Swedish, I now live in Japan and coach people from all over the world (face-to-face or via skype/telephone).
I graduated from ICA in 2009, and also have coaching certificates from several other coach academies.
I help people who want to get more out of their lives and to reach their personal goals. Whatever it is that you want to improve in your life, you need to get back to the very basics – your self-esteem!
As your coach, I can help you to become the person that you wish you could be. Apart from one-to-one coaching, I also lead self-esteem courses, sell self-esteem home study materials and authored The Self-Esteem Toolbox.
