Meet The Coaches - Faiza Ikeda
Faiza is a leadership and transition coach.
Originally from Europe, she has lived in four different countries and she loves exploring new cultures. Faiza speaks English, German, Bosnian and Japanese.
With a background in teaching, translating and counseling, she has found her calling to be coaching.
Faiza was introduced to coaching through the International Coach Academy and she now belongs to this great community of coaches that is recently growing more and more in Japan too.
As a coach Faiza is passionate about supporting clients who are going through a transition and leaders who wish to survive and thrive in today's fast paced economy.
She combines coaching in person with coaching over phone or skype and this makes it possible for her to work with clients in Japan, as well as the rest of Asia, Europe and North America.
Inspire Connections, Japan
Three years ago Faiza established her own coaching business, "Inspire Connections, Japan", to be able to offer personal and group coaching to leaders and clients in transition and cross-cultural situations.
"Inspire Connections" is also now collaborating with international coaching and training companies that work with corporate clients in Japan.
Faiza strongly believes in the connection of body, mind and spirit and her training with ICA has helped her see many possibilities of combining coaching with other approaches like NLP and energy work. Interested to learn more, Faiza has since become a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner and a Reiki master, as well as a Cosmic Healing practitioner.
